About Mrs. Meeker
Hello! My name is Lauren Meeker and I am so excited to be teaching first grade at Jaindl! This will be my 8th year teaching in Parkland School District. I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I am also ESL (English as a Second Language) certified and have my Master's Degree in The Art of Teaching from Cedar Crest College. I am so excited to meet my new first grade friends!

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with Mr. Meeker and my family. I also enjoy reading and traveling! To the left is a picture of my family and me in Avalon, New Jersey this summer. I have an older sister who has four children-three boys (Jaxsen, Benny, and Harrison) and one girl (Hillary). I spend a lot of time with them!
